My order says "Processing". What does that mean?

Modified on Wed, 7 Oct at 7:36 AM

"Processing" means your order has been placed and paid for, and the E-Concession Partner supplying it is getting it ready. It changes once the item is dispatched, and we'll email you the tracking details.

How long should it stay at "Processing"?

That depends on the delivery estimate shown when you ordered. Products marked Fast & Free by our E-Concession Partner are usually delivered in 1 to 3 working days. Other items take longer, and the estimate was shown in your basket before you paid.

When should I get in touch?

If your delivery estimate has passed and your order still says "Processing", submit a support ticket with your order number. We'll chase the E-Concession Partner for you.
