Rackhams.com has many products and E-Concession Partners selling on our platform.
All our E-Concession Partners are chosen for their brands and product and they all offer a variety of different delivery options depending on their stock and / or location.
To see the delivery time on a product this is displayed under the "Add to Bag" Button on the product page.
Most products are delivered "Fast & Free by our E-Concession Partner" this is our fastest delivery time and its typically between 1 to 3 working days. Day 1 starts the next working day if the order is placed after 4pm and on a weekday.
We are not able to escalate this to a guaranteed next day delivery for any additional costs. This is a feature we are looking to add but will also depend on the E-Concession Options too.
If the Product displays "Delivered Free by our E-Concession Partner" This means there is a longer delivery time. If you add the product to your basket it will then provide an expected ETA for the item.
