Can I cancel or edit my order?

Once you have completed your purchase we will be working hard to get your ordered shipped to you as soon as possible.


Within the first 15 mins of ordering you are able to cancel the order straight away within your portal under "My Orders" Section.


After 15 mins you can still request a cancellation but we will need to confirm this with our E-Concession Partners. .This is still via the Portal but will require an additional confirmation.


Once the order has "Shipped" This may mean we are afraid that we are unable to make any changes as it's already being processed. But of course we can look to see if the order can be refused or returned depending on the situation.


If you do need to cancel or alter your order please email help@rackhams.com or raise a return ticket as soon as possible and we will do all we can to assist.


If the order has shipped you will have received a dispatch confirmation with the tracking details.


We will also do our best but we do ask that you double check your details before ordering.
