When a product is supplied by one of our E-Concession Partners, the partner normally holds the stock and dispatches the order directly to you.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery times depend on the individual product and partner. Many products are offered with “Fast & Free by our E-Concession Partner”, which is typically delivered within 1–3 working days.
Other products may have a longer lead time. The expected delivery information shown on the product page and during checkout is the best guide for your specific item.
How will I know when it has shipped?
Once the order has been dispatched, we’ll send you a dispatch email with tracking details where tracking is available. You can also check the latest order status from your Rackhams account.
Can items arrive separately?
If an order contains products fulfilled by different E-Concession Partners, items may be dispatched separately and arrive at different times. Tracking information will relate to the individual shipment.
What if there’s a delivery problem?
Rackhams Customer Services is your main point of contact. If the expected delivery date has passed, tracking hasn’t updated or you need help with a shipment, submit a support ticket with your order number and we’ll contact the relevant partner where needed.
