Different price in the basket

Prices can change when an offer ends or when you choose a different size or colour, which may have its own price. Check the options you've picked. If the basket shows a different price for the same option you were looking at, submit a support ticket with a link to the product and a screenshot, and we'll look into it.

Price matching

We don't price match. If you've already ordered and found the item cheaper, you can cancel within 15 minutes from My Orders, or ask us to cancel it before it's dispatched.
