Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes, we have a hassle-free return and exchange policy. Depending on when you purchased your item will vary the options you have. Please see below:


Returns within 14 Days of delivery the Distance Selling Period.


You can request a refund or exchange for any reason including change of mind. Please note for change of mind requests it will be your responsibly to return the item to our E-Concession Partner as it arrive to you. We always recommend sending these items back via a insured and tracked service.


Returns within 30 Days - No quibble exchange or refund for faulty goods.


If your very unlucky and your item is faulty our E-Concession Partners will work with you to provide a replacement / exchange or a refund.


Returns within 12 Month Warranty Period but after 30 days repair for faulty goods.


Our E-Concession partners will arrange directly with you to collect your item free of charge and will look to provide a repaired solution and in some cases they might offer a replacement or refund. This is at the discretion of the E-Concession Partner.
