Do you have any discount codes, or why isn't my code working?

We don't have a standing discount code, but when we're running an offer you'll see it on Rackhams.com and in our emails. Sign up to our emails to hear about offers first.

Blue Light discount

We offer a Blue Light discount. Search for Rackhams.com in the Blue Light app to get the code, then enter it at checkout on Rackhams.com.

My code isn't working

• Codes often apply only to certain products, brands or ranges, so check the offer's terms.
• Check the code hasn't expired and is typed exactly, with no extra spaces.
• Codes can't usually be added after an order has been placed.

Vouchers and schemes

Apart from Blue Light, we don't currently accept discounts or gift vouchers from other companies, or cycle-to-work scheme vouchers.
