Why has my order been cancelled?

Occasionally an E-Concession Partner can't fulfil an order, most often because the last item has just sold or it has been damaged in their warehouse. When that happens the order is cancelled and you're refunded in full. You should get an email to tell you.

When will I get my money back?

The refund goes back to the payment method you used. It can take up to 5 working days to show, depending on your bank. Some banks show it next to the original payment, which can look as though you've been charged twice.
