Where do I find my order number?

Your Rackhams order number starts with S and looks like S5T-ABC-DEF-GHI. You'll find it:

• in the subject line of your order confirmation email
• in your dispatch email
• under My Orders in your Rackhams account

You may also see a shorter number, such as 74291, on the paperwork in your parcel. That's the E-Concession Partner's own reference. Please always quote your Rackhams order number (the one starting with S) when you contact us or fill in a returns form.
