Yes. Everything on Rackhams.com is sold either by Rackhams Retail Limited or by an approved E-Concession Partner. Our partners buy their stock from the brands themselves or from the brands' authorised distributors, and we check every seller before they join.

Packaging can vary

Brands change their packaging over time, and some fragrances are sold in more than one bottle size or style. A different box from the one you remember doesn't always mean a problem.

If you're worried about an item you've received

Please don't use it. Submit a support ticket with your order number and clear photos of the item, its packaging, labels and batch code. We'll take it up with the E-Concession Partner, and if it isn't right, you'll get a full refund under the Rackhams Guarantee.
