Rackhams is a marketplace. Most products are sold by an E-Concession Partner, who holds the stock and sends it to you, while Rackhams Customer Services looks after you from start to finish. The partner's name is on your dispatch email and delivery paperwork.
An email from a company you don't recognise?
After you order, the E-Concession Partner or their courier may email you about delivery. That's normal. You can still come to us with anything about your order. If an email asks for payment or card details, don't reply. Forward it to us instead.
